Self Release Policy
Due to today's economy and I believe that my service should be available to everyone, I have decided to offer a self release service. Although reluctant to offer a self release, I have decided to offer this service with some restrictions. My birds are very special to me and I have a lot of time and training invested in my birds. These are live animals and mishaps can happen.
Birds must be picked at my home on same day of event.
Birds must be picked up within 4 hrs of release
Birds will not be kept overnight
The birds must be released as soon as possible so they can get home to food and water.
Birds must be released at least 1-2 hours prior to sunset(dependant on location)
Birds must be released outside
Birds must be kept in a cool ventilated area before your event
Do not release the birds under a tent or enclosure
$100 Refundable deposit is required for release cages.
Release basket must be returned within 48hrs
Doves for Love is not responsible for mishaps (birds get away from you before event, fecal matter)
For the best effect, release the birds in an open space so you can view the birds circling and flying together.
